Taco Soup

In an effort to keep my grocery budget down, I scoured my freezer to see what I had stashed away.  A pound of ground beef and bag of corn seemed like just the kind of thing that could turn into Taco Soup.  Paired with left over cheese and Juanita’s chips (the BEST chips of any possible chips) from my houseguests the other weekend and I was in business.  That is, until I ate the chips.  Oopsie!  Luckily that was very easily remedied.
